Hey Queen’s Yogis, here is your guide to registration. Note: there is no cut off date to register - join the yoga club any time this semester!

Step 1: Online Registration. Go to:  

https://qrecclubs.athletesystems.ca/selectsport.php to register yourself under Yoga Club. They will then email you a link that you must click to pay online.

If you are having difficulties with online registration, you can pay at the customer service desk in the ARC across from the gym entrance. 

Step 2: Save or print your Confirmation Email/Invoice - make sure it states how much you paid for the membership! 

Step 3: Get your Membership Card from one of our QYC execs at the ARC (usually at Common Ground or ARC first floor). Please check the Facebook page for what the exec is wearing/where the exec is sitting that day. In order to receive your membership card, you must bring the following items:
• Student ID
• Copy of the confirmation email/invoice. 

Membership card REGULAR pick up times:

  • Look at the image below for pick up times between Sept 10 - Sept 15

  • Tuesdays from 12PM - 1 PM

  • Wednesdays from 3 - 4 PM

PLEASE NOTE: You will NOT be permitted to attend classes until you have received a membership card, regardless if you have paid for your membership. We apologize for any inconveniences, but this is our club policy. This is our way of tracking attendance and no exceptions will be made. If you lose your membership card, there is a replacement fee of $15 for the card.
